funny convo. I overheard in our office (I'm filling in the blanks for the caller's side):
Help desk person: "So you called us earlier and already spoke to someone about this?"
Caller: "Yes, are you the woman I spoke to earlier?"
Help desk person (who is male, BTW): "I can say with certainty that I'm not the woman you spoke to earlier."
